JoyJoy is an interchangeable kids sneaker. The sneaker is designed with a removable velcro strap that allows kids to swap out their choices of shoe design as many (many) times as they like. The magic of JoyJoy is to mix and match snap designs.

What are JoyJoy signature shoes?
These are the plain white JoyJoy sneakers with the white branded JoyJoy snaps. They can be worn on their own.
What is a Sneaker Snap?
The snap is the interchangeable velcro strap that you snap on and snap off your JoyJoy shoes.
Do snaps come in different sizes?
All snaps are one size fits all. We specifically designed snaps to be interchangeable from left to right, and across all shoe sizes - so that kids can share and swap. They won’t outgrow their snaps even if they outgrow their shoes.
Can I wash the shoes?
The shoes are machine washable but you can also wipe them down with a soft cloth and all-purpose cleaner.
How do I wear my snaps?
Well technically anyway you like but if you want the JoyJoy way then the JoyJoy white stud is always on the top.
Are they good for my kids' feet?
The JoyJoy shoes are super comfy and designed with kid’s feet in mind. Some sneaker features include Cushioned soles, lace-free easy on and off, and breathable .
What material do you use?
Our shoes are made from vegan leather.

Do JoyJoys come in adult sizes?
We get this question (a lot)... in fact it's our most frequently asked question! Although we didn't originally design them for adults, we’re thinking heck why not? So watch this space (Mommy and Me JoyJoys could be coming to a Starter Box near you).
What is your returns and refund policy?
We offer a problem-free Joylosophy with our J.S.I.B promise – JUST SEND IT BACK. If it doesn't bring you joy, it’s an OY – and we’ll take your JoyJoys back no matter what. And if it doesn’t fit, we'll collect, swap and deliver new items to you free of charge. We're all about bringing you added joy. No laces attached. No one understands kids' shoe sizes. We still don’t. But here’s what we do know. JoyJoy is sized in UK and EU shoe sizes. Our shoes start at a kid’s UK 7 (EU 24) and go up to an adult’s UK 3 (EU 36). So we go from kids UK 7 - UK 13, and then switch to adult UK 1 - adult UK 3. We unfortunately don’t do half sizes.
The smallest JoyJoy is a UK 7 (EU 24) and fits an average 3-4 year old, while the largest size is a UK 3 (EU 36) will fit a kid aged around 11 -12.
You can measure your kid’s foot to figure out which shoe size to go with (in mm):
UK 7 (EU 24) = 146mm
UK 8 (EU 25) = 153mm
UK 9 (EU 27) = 161mm
UK 10 (EU 28) = 169mm
UK 11 (EU 29) = 177mm
UK 12 (EU 31) = 185mm
UK 13 (EU 32) = 193mm
UK 1 (EU 33) = 202mm
UK 2 (EU 35) = 209mm
UK 3 (EU 36) = 217mm

Are they true to size?
The shoes are true to size but if anything will run slightly bigger.
